Production scale: Medium-scale production, with capacity of 300 L fermenter and the corresponding purification equipment.
Production capacity: Utilizng the optimized technology and high-level expressive strain, The SOD content of a litre of fermentation is up to 950,000 units , from whhich we can get 80 mg SOD after separation and purification, with the special activity of 7000 units / mg. If producted at full capacity, the production cycle is two days ,equal a production of 12g of SOD a day.
Output: daily production SOD 12 grams, according to the international market price of 3 million yuan RMB / kg, equivalent to the output value of 36,000 yuan.
Cost:
1. Medium cost: the cost per litre medium for 20 yuan, Japanese consumption of 150 liters, or 3,000 yuan.
2. Purification costs: a litre of fermentation and purification fill about 600 ml, the filler can be repeatedly used nearly 100 times, the equivalent of a litre fermentation depletion of 6 ml Filler, a 60 yuan.
