Procedures of Yuhua gene test

If you are so busy that you can’t come personally .you can choose to collect the sample by yourself and then complete the cards. Sample preparation

Sampling Instructions

1. Before sampling, please gargle with water so that food leavings can be clear out. When using the sampling stick of buccal mucous membrane, firstly you should take out the stick from the paper bag. When doing this, don’t let your hand touch with the stick’s head. (Please dont use the mouth wash to gargle.)

2. Put the sampling stick’s head into your mouth, and use the sponge head to scrape buccal mucous membrane on the left side of the mouth. Then use the stick to scrape up and down for about 15 times. When scraping, please turn around the stick in order to let the buccal mucous membrane cells absorbed onto the sponge. (Don’t let the stick touch the wound in your mouth when scraping.)

3. Use the same way to scrape buccal mucous membrane on the right side of the mouth for about 20 times.

4. After finishing sampling, put the sample onto one circle of the sample card and then daub within the circle (every circle of 11 mm big should adsorb 40ul). Let the sample card air-dried for 2-3 min. When the card is absolutely dry, you can write your name and sampling date onto the card and put the card into the plastic bag.

5. Mail the sampling card back to Gene Test Department of Shanghai Yuhua Life Science Technology Development Co., Ltd
