Yuhua trehalose

The natural trehalose, found in daily food and animals and plants, is a non-reductive disaccharide constituted by two glucoses via a,a-1,1 glycosidic bond. The trehalose represented by our company is transformed from starch via special enzymatic technology by Japanese Linyuan company. Its safety had through the U.S.A FDA certification and obtained the title of the safety and healthy food (GRAS). The trehalose is a multifunctional food additive, and is widely used in baked food, rice products, forzen prepared food, seafood processing, beverage, candy and health food. And it is also used in medicine, cosmetics and other fields.

Product feature:

The features of low sweet, no browning phenomenon, low moisture absorption and high crystallizability play a good result on the aspects of preventing starch retrogradation, protein denaturation, lipid deteriorationn ihibition. Basic introduction

Trehalose can replace sucrose to reduce thawing point of ice cream and other frozen food, form new frosting on frozen food and frozen candy with lovely taste.

l         Sea food

Trehalose acts as a very effective cryoprotectant for sea food. When trehalose inhibits the functionality of water at the interface between protein and water, the sea food increases its hardness, flexibility and gel welling. The feature of slight sweetness can also improve the taste and quality of sea food. Different from other cryoprotectants for sea food, trehalose won’t cause hot flush in throat and has no diarrhoea problem.

1.
