1  Gene Clone

Form of service：

A Customer provide the cDNA library,we design and synthesize the primer,and isolate the special gene from the given library 

B Customer provide tissue or cell, we extaact total RNA，isolatemRNA，RT-PCR and isolate the special gene                             

C If Customer provide none of above,we synthesize the whole gene.           

After the experiment is completed, we will provide specific reports and to customers.

2  Vector construct

        Rebuild vector according to customer’s demand.The initial vector should be supplied or be appointed by customer.
Time required: 2 weeks

3  Construction of shRNA

Form of service：We design and synthesize the shRNA Oligo,construct the shRNA vector,and inspect it by DNA sequencing.

After the experiment is completed, we will provide specific reports and to customers.

Time required: 2 weeks

4  PCR、RT-PCR

        PCR(polymerase chain reaction), which developed from 80s, is a nucleir acid amplification technique in vitro.  It can amplify the gene or DNA fragment for thousands and thousands multiples in a tube within several hours.  So we reckon it as the revolution in the field of biology.

        PCR: Perform PCR, electrophoresis, sequence for customer. The primers and the template should be supplied by customer.
Time required: 5 days

    RT-PCR is a technique combine RT with PCR. We can do the RT-PCR reaction for the customers and the customers should provide the pattern  library

Time required:10 working days

5  2D-Gel electrophoresis

Form of service：Establish and optimize related parameter for the 2D-gel experiment and carri out 2D-Gel electrophoresis.Customer provide the sample protein.

After the experiment is completed, we will provide specific reports and to customers

6 DNA or cDNA library construction

        Construct special gene library for customer. The tissue,cell or cDNA for library construction should be supplied by customer.

Service coverage: distill and purify RNA, separate mRNA,cDNA preparation , cDNA library detection, cDNA library amplification and so on 

Time required: 2-3 months

7 Extraction,isolation and purification of RNA,DNA or protein

         We always distill DNA or RNA from all kinds of biomaterial to study the effection they had on the metaboly of life .

         We can distill DNA or RNA from the different tissue,cells provided by the customers.

Time required:  7 days

         As the basic substance for the life ,protein plays a important role in catalysing the reaction ,adjusting metaboly,controlling the genetic message and so on,and that is the reason why it is important to be studied.

         We can distill the protein from the tissue,cells provided by the customers.

Time reqired: 7days

8 Rice(or tobacco) trangenosis

        Customers just provide the vector of right sequence and we do the ripe(or tobacco) trangenosis.  We will comfirm the results by doing the chromogenic reaction and sequencing.  Then it can save the time for the customers.

Time required:3~4 months

9 Detection of DNA Sequence

        Detection of DNA Sequence is a very important technique in the field of biology and it is the basic of the analysis the relationship between the gene configuration and function.

        We can detect the DNA Sequence for PCR production,gene clone and so on .And the sample should be provided by the customers.

Time required: 4 working days
